Mill Strand Integrated School Year 1 2021/22
There are 58 places available at Mill Strand Integrated School. To try and ensure that the educational experience of all of the pupils transferring to Year 1 at the start of the academic year is the same, the staff of the school work with pre school providers to create two balanced and fully inclusive classes. At Mill Strand Integrated School & Nursery we work in 'Year Groups' with the staff at every stage working collaboratively and collectively to ensure that the learning experience is equal for all pupils. At times, the two classes at each year group mix and swap to facilitate learning, share expertise and maximise the learning opportunities for each child.

Regrettably, due to COVID-19, it is not possible to host our much anticipated and greatly appreciated Open Days and Evening this year. As an alternative, we are delighted to be able to share this short video of a day in one of our Year 1 classes, following our pupils in the run up to Christmas.
